Inspired by our flagship venue—the iconic Lapérouse restaurant at 51 Quai des Grands Augustins in Paris we envisioned a café that is both chic and relaxed, steeped in history yet unmistakably contemporary, distinctly French yet cosmopolitan: Cafés Lapérouse. These all-day destinations, from breakfast through dinner, draw inspiration from the French art de vivre and the great voyages of the explorer and navigator Count de La Pérouse.
